5. Contrary to the previous paragraph, a contract that has been entered into for a definite period of time and that extends to the regular delivery of daily, weekly and weekly newspapers and magazines may be tacitly renewed for a specific duration of a maximum of three months, if the consumer extended this can terminate the agreement by the end of the extension with a notice period of at most one month.

Article 17 - Conditions "Post Payment"
1. The products and / or services of Bon Bon Bleu have been purchased with an invoice and delivery address (not a PO box) in the Netherlands;
2. In order to limit the financial risks of the "postpay" payment option, the order will be assessed by Intrum Justitia via Buckaroo. On the basis of this assessment, it is determined whether the application for payment in arrears is accepted. As a result of the acceptance, you must pay in the manner described further in these terms and conditions. Bon Bon Bleu designates Intrum Justitia as the person to be paid.
3. If the "postpay" payment option is not accepted, you must pay the order in advance via another payment option;

You declare that all (additional) data required for the request for your subsequent payment request has been correctly and completely specified and you give permission to process your data and to test your data online at Intrum Justitia, so that you know immediately whether the application is accepted;
5. You are obliged to inform Bon Bon Bleu of any address and / or e-mail change. As long as we have not received a change of address from you, you will be deemed to be resident at the last address known to us. Regardless of whether or not to communicate an address and / or e-mail change, you remain obliged to pay the outstanding balance. Address and / or e-mail changes can be notified via the Bon Bon Bleu website by e-mail or in writing to the Bon Bon Bleu customer service;
6. You declare that you have not applied for a moratorium or are in debt rescheduling, have you not been declared bankrupt or have been placed under guardianship and there are no proceedings or applications pending, which could result in bankruptcy, a moratorium, a moratorium under guardianship or any process of debt restructuring in any form whatsoever
The method of payment
1. Intrum Justitia has outsourced the processing of your payment to Buckaroo BV (www.buckaroo.nl). If your request has been accepted, you will receive an invoice with payment link from Buckaroo in addition to the (digital) invoice, shortly thereafter. Both the invoice and the e-mail with payment link state how you (after receiving the goods and / or services) must pay the invoice. Make sure you pay on time in accordance with the instructions stated on the invoice or via the e-mail with payment link. You prevent collection costs from being charged to you if the payment period of 14 (fourteen) days is exceeded.
2. To receive the e-mail you must provide a valid and correct e-mail address. If you do not provide a valid and correct e-mail address, you will not receive payment information via the e-mail with payment link. You are obliged to check the e-mail address you provide for accuracy, as well as to check the receipt of the e-mail with payment link from Buckaroo.
3. You acknowledge that Buckaroo offers services for the processing of online payments by you and that in that context Buckaroo displays and / or displays notifications and / and will perform actions or will perform on behalf of Bon Bon Bleu or Intrum Justitia, which also as such is recognized by you as a valid and correct notification, communication and / or act by or on behalf of Bon Bon Bleu or Intrum Justitia.
Payment conditions and payment term:
1. The amount due for your purchases must be received by Buckaroo in its entirety within a period of 14 (fourteen) days after the invoice date, without any deduction or set-off.
2. If you have not paid the entire invoice amount within 14 (fourteen) days after the invoice date, you will be in default without further notice of default.
3. If the payment term is exceeded, Intrum Justitia has the right to charge extrajudicial collection costs and interest, whether or not on behalf of Bon Bon Bleu.
4. For sending the payment reminder and charging the collection costs as well as the interest when the payment term is exceeded, use will be made of the e-mail address that you have provided and that you have checked for accuracy. You will receive an e-mail with a payment link for this. Not being able to receive an e-mail does not affect the fact that you are responsible for paying the entire invoice amount on time as well as the collection costs and interest charged.
5. If, despite summons and / or reminders, you do not pay the entire amount (invoice amount as well as collection costs and interest), Bon Bon Bleu will legally transfer the entire Claim towards you, in accordance with these general terms and conditions, 35 (thirty-five) days after the invoice date. to Intrum Justitia.
6. You are obliged to inform Intrum Justitia of any address and / or e-mail change during the period that you are required to pay the amount due. As long as Intrum Justitia has not received a change of address from you, you will be deemed to be resident at the last address known to us and you will continue to be obliged to pay the amount due at that time.
7. You can notify Intrum Justitia in writing of address and / or e-mail changes. The address details can be found on the website www.intrum.nl under Contact.
8. If you do not pay the full amount (invoice amount as well as collection costs) in full, in full or in time, this may have consequences for any approval by Intrum Justitia of any subsequent application from you for the "pay afterwards" payment option.
